Business VoIP: AltiGen iPhone Docking Station Available through VoIP Supply

With more and more businesses beginning to leverage business VoIP and other unified communications (UC) channels, the demand for VoIP and UC solutions is on the rise.

Recently AltiGen (News 3ac31 chart icon Business VoIP: AltiGen iPhone Docking Station Available through VoIP Supply – Alert) Communications, a provider of UC solutions, launched the iFusion SmartStation, a multi-function iPhone docking station with business VoIP capabilities.

The iFusion SmartStation pairs the iPhone (News – Alert) with the iFusions’s ergonomic handset or business-grade speakerphone via built-in Bluetooth that is functional up to 33 feet away. The device can also be used to charge an iPhone.

“With the iFusion, our customers can take advantage of best-in-class iPhone docking station for the business user,” Garrett Smith (News – Alert), chief marketing officer at VoIP Supply, said in a statement. “The clean industrial design, ergonomic handset, and amazing speakerphone are a perfect fit in our voice-centric product portfolio.”

The docking station also offers streaming music playback (A2DP), an audio jack for external speakers and USB pass through for syncing to a Mac or PC. The device is compatible with iPhone versions 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S and can be seamlessly integrated with a variety of voice-enabled applications such as Siri, FaceTime (News – Alert), Skype, AltiGen’s MaxMobile, Cisco Mobile, and Avaya one-X Mobile.
